Guarantee

We guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We warrant that our products are fit for their intended purpose and are free from manufacturer faults or defects. "Defects", as used in this guarantee, are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture or product.

This does not include small cracks or end grain checking which are natural occurrences and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. Once delivery has been accepted, the customer is responsible for cleaning and caring for the furniture, we do not accept responsibility for dirt, bird droppings, stains, grease marks, and any mould or mildew growth that occurs after the delivery of your furniture and cushions, this includes oil stains on the furniture, and any oil that may transfer from the furniture to the cushion, and any other surface such as patio flooring, or other furniture or clothes. Any damage due to neglect will void the guarantee. Should you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, we will repair or replace the furniture, subject to terms and conditions. Under this guarantee we offer repair or replacement, and do not offer a cash alternative in place of repair or replacement. If a replacement is necessary, we will replace the faulty item with the exact item only, subject to availability. Where we no longer hold the item in stock, or the item has been discontinued, we will replace it with an item of similar construction and quality.

Under this guarantee, we are unable to exchange goods that have been treated, painted, modified or dismantled in any way, or bespoke items, this also includes free gift items. In these cases, we would repair any damage covered by the guarantee. Each piece of furniture supplied is guaranteed as an individual entity, should any piece of a set of furniture become faulty we will repair or replace the said piece of furniture. The customer does not qualify for the set of furniture as a whole to be exchanged under our guarantee. Cushions that have been machine washed are not guaranteed.

Please be advised that our product guarantee does not cover items shipped outside the European Union.

This guarantee applies to products purchased for private, domestic and residential use only. We do not offer a commercial warranty. This guarantee does not apply to any product used in a commercial, contract, hospitality, rental, hire or otherwise non-domestic or public setting, and will no longer apply to any product that is put into such use.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to your legal rights. It does not affect them, and nothing in it limits or excludes them.

As a consumer in the European Union you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, or to a proportionate reduction in the price or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law of your country of residence. These rights apply free of charge and are independent of this guarantee. In some Member States a longer period or additional rights may apply.

Making a claim

Should you wish to claim under our guarantee, please email us images of the damage together with your order details.

We will endeavour to acknowledge your email within two working days and will try to resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
