Guarantee

We offer a one-year warranty on our products from the date of delivery. We guarantee that our products are fit for their intended purpose and are free from manufacturing defects or flaws. "Defects," as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that affect the use of the furniture or product.
This does not include small cracks or end-grain splits, which are natural occurrences and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. If you discover a material or workmanship defect in any part or component, we will repair or replace the piece of furniture in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Under this warranty, we cannot replace goods that have been treated, painted, or altered in any way, or custom-made items. In these cases, we will repair any damage covered by the warranty. Cushions that have been machine-washed are not covered by the warranty.
Please note that our product warranty does not apply to items shipped overseas.

We will endeavor to confirm your email within two working days and will try to resolve your problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
