We guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We warrant our products to be fit for their intended purpose and free from manufacturer faults or defects. "Flaws" as used in this warranty are defined as imperfections in materials or workmanship that affect the use of the furniture or product.
This does not apply to small cracks or end grain chips, which are natural phenomena and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. Should you discover a defect in materials or workmanship on any part or component, we will repair or replace the furniture subject to our terms and conditions.
We cannot exchange goods that have been treated, painted, altered in any way, or that are custom made, under this guarantee. In these cases, we will repair any damage covered by the warranty.
Please note that our product guarantee does not apply to items shipped overseas.
Should you wish to make use of our guarantee, please email us pictures of the damage along with your order details.
We will aim to acknowledge your email within two working days and will attempt to resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
