Returns and Cancellations
At Luxus Haus und Garten we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
With that in mind, we strive to make your experience at Luxus Home and Garden as smooth and seamless as possible - from purchase to delivery and beyond.
The following cancellation and return information applies to all online orders.
For MFor furniture that is reduced or damaged at the factory, these rules do not apply, as there is no right of return for these items.
Whether you need to cancel your order before delivery, return an item after delivery, or have a problem of any kind, we can help.
You don't want to keep your order?
Simply inform us within 14 days of receiving your Möbel.
Would you like us to pick up your order? No problem, the fee depends on the type of item you want to return, for example £20 for a parasol and £100 for a complete garden set.
Step 1
Please ensure that any items you return are in the same condition that you received them in. If there are any signs of damage or improper use, we will not be able to provide a full refund.
Step 2
Please ensure that the item is ready for collection within 14 days.
Step 3
Once you have received confirmation that we have received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been inspected, you will receive a full refund to the payment method you used, less the cost of collecting the item.
Refunds made to a credit or debit card or via PayPal may not appear in your account immediately as banks require time to process the refund. Typically this can take up to seven working days but this varies between banks. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly if you have any questions.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Smaller items up to a value of approximately £100 should be returned via Royal Mail or courier which will cost approximately £10-20. Please ensure you insure the goods and keep proof of postage as we may require them to process a refund.
For larger items on the English and Welsh mainland, we can arrange collection of items from the delivery address. The costs for this are:

Collection in Scotland is subject to a surcharge of £20 to £100 depending on where the delivery address is located. If delivery was made to an agent/carrier, collection will only take place from the delivery location, not the customer's address.
Items shipped overseas must be returned to the original mainland delivery address and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will endeavour to collect the goods within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will advise you of the collection date and you should ensure that the goods are available for collection on this date. If the goods are not available as agreed, your refund will be delayed and you may incur further charges.
effects of the cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods using a courier service or we can arrange for larger items to be collected at the rates set out below.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied if this loss in value is due to your handling of the goods. You may inspect the goods but you must not use them. You must return the goods in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You should only open the packaging of one cushion (purchased as part of a set) to check the colour, fabric etc. and not all the cushions in the set. There may be a deduction if the goods are not returned in the same condition as they were delivered. To avoid this, we recommend that you store pre-assembled items in a garage or cover them until they are picked up.
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the goods back from you or 14 days after the day on which you have provided evidence of having returned the goods.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We will refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange
You can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing, stating your name, address, telephone number, email address and the details of your order, and send it to the following address: Luxus Home and Garden Europa - Sandyford Business Park, 6 Fern Road, Dublin, Ireland D18 FP98.
To meet the cancellation period, you must send your communication that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period of 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that if the cancellation notice is received by us after the expiry of the cancellation period, you may be required to provide proof of posting of the items returned to us.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. If you treat the goods with teak oil or a teak care product, for example, the wood and the teak care product have been inseparably mixed together. It is assumed that you have accepted the goods and you cannot cancel the order.
