The following cancellation and return information applies to all online orders.
For furniture that is reduced or damaged ex works, these rules do not apply as there is no right of return for these items.
Whether you cancel your order before delivery, return an item after delivery, or have a problem of any kind, we can help.
You don't want to keep your order?
Just inform us within 14 days of receiving your furniture.
You want us to pick up your order? No problem, the fee depends on the type of item you wish to return, e.g. B. £ 20 for a parasol and £ 100 for a full garden set.
Step 1
Make sure that all items to be returned are in the condition in which you received them. In case of signs of damage or improper use, we will not be able to refund you the full amount.
Step 2
Make sure the item is ready for collection within 14 days.
Step 3
Once you have received a confirmation that we have received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been reviewed, you will receive a full refund on the payment method you are using, minus the cost of picking up the item.
Refunds made to a credit or debit card, or via PayPal, may not immediately appear on your account, as banks will need a certain amount of time to process the refund. As a rule, this can take up to seven working days, but this varies depending on the bank. If you have any questions, please contact your card issuer or bank directly.

Cost of return
You have to bear the costs of returning the goods. Smaller items up to a value of approx. You should return £ 100 via Royal Mail or Courier, which will cost around £ 10-20. Please ensure that you insure the goods and keep the proof of shipping that could be requested from us to process a refund.
For larger items in mainland England and Wales, we can arrange for items to be picked up at the shipping address. The costs for this are:

There is a surcharge of £ 20 to £ 100 for pickup in Scotland, depending on where the shipping address is located. If the delivery was made to an agent/carrier, the collection will only take place at the place of delivery, not at the address of the customer.
Items brought abroad must be returned to the original shipping address on the mainland, and these costs will be borne by the buyer.
We will endeavor to collect the goods within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will tell you the pick-up date and you should make sure that the goods are ready for collection by that date. If the goods are not available as agreed, the refund will be delayed and there may be additional costs.

Impact of cancellation
If you revoke your order, we have to refund you all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
You have to pay the cost of returning the goods through a courier service or we can collect larger goods at the rates indicated below.
We can deduct from the refund of the loss of value of the goods delivered if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods for which you are responsible. You can check the goods, but you are not allowed to use them. You must return the goods in the original packaging and in a resale condition. You should only open the packaging of a pillow (purchased as part of a set) to change the color, fabric, etc. And not all the pillows of the set. There may be a deduction if the goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. To avoid this, we recommend that you store pre-assembled items in a garage or cover them until they are collected.
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we received the delivered goods from you or 14 days after the date on which you provided proof that you returned the goods.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We will refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Cancellation, return and exchange
You can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the date on which you received the goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing, stating your name, address, telephone number, email address and the details of your order, and send it to the following address: Luxus Home and Garden Limited 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you must send your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that if we receive the revocation after expiry of the withdrawal period, you may need to provide proof of dispatch for the items returned to us.
You cannot revoke your order if the goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. If you have the goods z. B. treat with teak oil or a teak care product, the wood and the teak care agent have been inseparably mixed. It is assumed that you have accepted the goods, and you will not be able to cancel the order.
