The following cancellation and return information applies to all online orders.
These rules do not apply to furniture that is factory reduced or damaged, as there is no return policy for these items.
Whether you want to cancel your order before delivery, return an item after delivery, or have any other issue, we can help.
Don't want to keep your order?
Simply inform us within 14 days of receiving your furniture.
Would you like us to collect your order? No problem, the fee depends on the type of item you wish to return, e.g., € 20 for a parasol and  100 for a complete garden set.
Step 1
: Ensure the item is in its original condition. Furniture that has been assembled or removed from its packaging is subject to a fee of 50% of the purchase price.
Step 2:
Ensure the item is ready for collection within 14 days.
Step 3:
Once you receive confirmation that we have received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been checked, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, less the collection fee.
Refunds issued to a credit or debit card or via PayPal may not appear in your account immediately, as banks require some time to process refunds. This typically takes up to seven working days, but this can vary depending on the bank. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly if you have any questions.

Return costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Smaller items, up to a value of approximately  100 , should be returned via Royal Mail or a courier service, which will cost approximately  10 to  20 . Please ensure you insure the goods and retain proof of postage, which we may require to process a refund.
For larger items in Ireland or on the European mainland, we can arrange collection from the delivery address. The cost is calculated as follows:

100 will be applied for collection in Scotland , depending on the delivery address. If delivery was made to an agent/freight forwarder, collection will only be at the point of delivery, not at the customer's address. Items taken overseas must be returned to the original delivery address on the mainland, and these costs will be borne by the buyer. We will endeavor to collect the goods within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will inform you of the collection date, and you should ensure that the goods are ready for collection on that date. If the goods are not available as agreed, the refund will be delayed, and you may incur additional charges. Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods via a courier service, or we can arrange for collection of larger items at the rates specified below. We may deduct from the refund any diminished value of the delivered goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods by you. You may inspect the goods, but you must not use them. You must return the goods in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You should only open the packaging of one cushion (purchased as part of a set) to check the color, fabric, etc., and not all cushions in the set. A deduction may be made if the goods are not returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. To avoid this, we recommend storing pre-assembled items in a garage or covering them until they are collected. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned goods from you, or 14 days after the day you provide proof of return shipment.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges:
You can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day you received the goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing, stating your name, address, telephone number, email address and details of your order, and send it to the following address: Luxus Home and Garden Europa  - Sandyford Business Park, 6 Fern Road, Dublin, Ireland D18 FP98.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your notification that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the 14-day cancellation period expires from the date of delivery. Please note that if we receive your cancellation notice after the cancellation period has expired, you may be required to provide proof of shipment for the returned items.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. For example, if you treat the goods with teak oil or a teak care product, the wood and the teak care product are considered inseparably mixed. It will be assumed that you have accepted the goods, and you cannot cancel the order.
