Our vehicles are cleaned daily by our delivery team, who will contact you before the scheduled delivery. If anyone in your household has specific preferences, please inform our team so we can accommodate your needs. Delivery times are provided to the best of our knowledge and are occasionally based on estimates from our delivery partners. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or supply chain issues may affect delivery schedules. We make every effort to minimize delays, and our customer service team will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Your first contact with us may be when you receive a confirmation email. Rest assured that your order is registered in our system, and we are committed to keeping you informed of its status.

Free Shipping:

All standard deliveries include delivery of your furniture to a safe location of your choice. Unpacking and packaging removal are not included with this option. We offer a premium service that includes these additional services. We will keep you regularly updated on your delivery status, but should you have any concerns or questions, our customer service team is always available to assist you. Please note that deliveries are made between 7 am and 7 pm, and while a specific time frame cannot be guaranteed, you can call us to track our driver and inquire about their progress. When placing your order, please inform us of any access/parking issues or obstacles for delivery vehicles or in your garden, such as stairs, width restrictions, or other obstructions. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your delivery and a redelivery charge. Luxus accepts no responsibility for damage caused by insufficient access for placing items in your garden. For larger items, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Assistance may be required for items such as sun loungers, large benches, and tables. A two-person delivery service may be available for larger items, with the cost calculated per individual order. Additional helpers may be required for tables 3 meters or longer.

 

  

Delivery of smaller items:

Smaller items such as cushions, parasols, frames, and accessories are sent via Royal Mail or a courier service, usually within 3 working days of receiving your order. Our products begin their journey three working days before the delivery date. If you need to change the delivery date within this timeframe, a late redelivery fee of £49 will apply. Cancellations made within 3 working days of the stated delivery date will incur a return postage fee, in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. For returns, please pack the items securely in their original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your products. Notify us within 24 hours of any issues or damage, and please note that some items may require minimal assembly.
