Our vehicles are cleaned daily by our delivery team who will contact you before the scheduled delivery. If anyone in your household has specific preferences, please let our team know so we can accommodate your needs. Delivery times are given to the best of our knowledge and are occasionally based on estimates from our delivery partners. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns or supply chain issues can affect delivery schedules. We strive to minimize delays and our customer service team will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Your first contact from us may occur when you receive a confirmation email. Rest assured that your order is recorded in our system and we are committed to keeping you updated on its status.

Free Standard Shipping

All standard deliveries include delivery of your furniture to a secure location of your choice. This option does not include unpacking and packaging removal. We offer a premium service that includes these additional services. We will provide you with regular updates on your delivery status, but if you have any concerns or questions, our customer service team is always available to help. Please note that deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm and although a specific time frame cannot be guaranteed, you can call us to track our driver and inquire about the progress. When ordering please advise us of any access/parking issues or obstructions for vans or in the garden such as stairs, width restrictions or obstructions. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of delivery and a re-delivery fee. Luxus assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by inadequate access for placing items in the garden. For larger items we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Assistance may be required for items such as sun loungers, large benches and tables. A two-man delivery service may be available for larger items, with a cost calculated per individual order. For tables longer than 3 meters, additional helpers may be required.



Delivery of smaller items:

Smaller items such as cushions, parasols, frames and accessories are sent via Royal Mail or a courier service, usually within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Our products start their journey three working days before the delivery date. If you need to change the delivery date within this time frame, a late re-delivery fee of £49 will apply. Cancellations within 3 business days of the specified delivery date will incur a return shipping fee in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. In case of returns, please pack items securely with original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your products. Notify us within 24 hours of any problems or damage and note that some items may require minimal assembly.


Standard delivery is free for all orders over 500 euro in Europe. Ireland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, mainland Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland.
