Manufacturing & Design Process

Crafted at Source. Designed for European Outdoor Living.

Luxus Home & Garden creates premium teak outdoor furniture through a tightly controlled manufacturing process rooted in craftsmanship, material integrity, and responsible sourcing. Designed in-house and manufactured at source in Indonesia, our furniture is built to meet the expectations of European customers who value longevity, sustainability, and refined outdoor design.

From Forest to Finished Furniture

Every teak furniture piece follows a deliberate production process that prioritises quality at every stage. Teak is carefully selected from government-managed plantations before being graded and prepared for production. Only timber that meets strict standards is used, ensuring structural consistency and long-term performance. Components are precision machined to achieve accurate joins and balanced frames. Once engineered, each piece is assembled by skilled craftsmen and refined through careful hand finishing. The result is furniture that feels substantial, performs outdoors, and maintains its integrity year after year.

Material Selection

Material Selection

Production begins with carefully selected teak sourced from government-managed plantations in Indonesia. Timber is graded and prepared before assembly to ensure consistency and structural integrity from the outset.

Each piece undergoes multiple sanding stages to achieve smooth surfaces and refined edges. Final inspections ensure comfort, consistency, and visual quality before packing and dispatch. This balance of modern engineering and human craftsmanship defines the quality of Luxus Home & Garden furniture.
