Standard delivery is free on orders over €500 to Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czechia and Austria, including sale orders, and prices are all-inclusive with no customs duties or extra taxes.

Our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery, for private domestic use within the European Union. Free gift items are not covered, and the guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.

Furniture that is discounted because it is factory reduced or damaged is not covered by our standard returns policy, so please read our returns and cancellations policy before you order. Your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive is set out separately.
Sale lines are limited to the stock we hold, so once a product sells out it may not be replaced.
